Tamika Butler

Founder and Principal at Tamika L. Butler Consulting, LLC

Butler previously served as director of equity and inclusion for Toole Design, where she worked to integrate equity into all projects, work and internal efforts. She also served as executive director of the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust, a nonprofit organization that addresses social and racial equity by building parks in park-poor communities across Greater Los Angeles. Butler also served as executive director of the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition and led social change strategies at Liberty Hill Foundation.

Chas Moore

Founder & Executive Director of the Austin Justice Coalition

Moore is the founder of the Austin Justice Coalition, a nonprofit organization aimed at demanding criminal justice reform and building community at the local, state and national levels. Moore champions efforts that meet community needs like back-to-school drives, fundraisers for those who have been brutalized by police, feeding the hungry, and pioneering programs for Black youth, men and women.

Taneshia Nash Laird

President and CEO of Newark Symphony Hall

Laird is the president and CEO of Newark Symphony Hall, a historic performing arts center in Newark, New Jersey. Previously, she served as executive director of the Arts Council of Princeton. Laird also served as director of economic development and acting director of housing production for the city of Trenton. She was regional director of the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce and the executive director of the Trenton Downtown Association.

Allison Arieff

Senior Editor of CityMetric-The New Statesman

Arieff covers architecture, design and sustainability as a senior editor of CityMetric and New Statesman. Previously, she served as the editorial director of SPUR, the San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association. She has been a contributing columnist to The New York Times and other publications since 2006. Arieff also served as editor-at-large for GOOD and Sunset magazines.
