Crenshaw, R-Houston, is currently serving his first term representing Texas' 2nd Congressional District. He sits on the House Homeland Security and Budget committees. A retired lieutenant commander in the U.S. Navy, Crenshaw served in the Navy SEALs for ten years, where he served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
