Amna Nawaz

Nawaz serves as chief correspondent for “PBS NewsHour,” which she joined in 2018. Previously, she anchored for ABC News, where she led in covering the 2016 presidential election and was NBC’s Islamabad bureau chief correspondent for several years. Nawaz also co-hosted the criminal justice podcast “Broken Justice,” which received an honorable mention from the American Bar Association’s Silver Gavel Awards.
