Chris Matthews

Matthews is a political commentator, author and served as the host of MSNBC’s Hardball for 20 years. Previously, he worked in print media for 15 years, spending 13 years as Washington bureau chief for the San Francisco Examiner and two years as a columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle. Matthews is the author of nine best-selling books including “This Country: My Life in Politics and History,” published in 2021.
