Harold Dutton

Dutton, D-Houston, has represented House District 142 since 1985. He is chair of the Public Education Committee and is a member of the Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence Committee. Dutton is also a member of the Texas Legislative Black Caucus. He was an attorney for the Law Offices of Harold V. Dutton Jr. and Associates.
