Javier Villalobos

Villalobos has served as Mayor of McAllen since June. Previously, he served as city commissioner for District 1 from 2018-21 and chair of the Hidalgo County GOP in 2015. Villalobos also serves on the Prepaid Higher Education Tuition Board and is the owner and attorney of the Law Office of Javier Villalobos, P.C., in McAllen.
