Joaquin Castro

Castro, D-San Antonio, has represented Texas’ 20th Congressional District since 2013. He serves on the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, the Education and Labor Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee. He is chair of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on International Development, International Organizations and Global Corporate Social Impact. Previously, Castro served for 10 years in the Texas Legislature.
