Jolie McCullough

McCullough reports on Texas criminal justice issues and policy for the Tribune, where she won a Gavel Award for her reporting on intellectual disability and the death penalty in 2020. Previously, she worked on the Tribune's data visuals team and spent four years as a reporter and web developer at the Albuquerque Journal. McCullough also interned at the Arizona Republic and served as the web editor of Arizona State University’s State Press.
