Kate Shaw

Shaw is a professor of law and the co-director of the Floersheimer Center for Constitutional Democracy at Yeshiva University, where she focuses on executive power, federal courts and election laws. Previously, she served in the White House Counsel’s Office as special assistant to the President and associate counsel to the President. Shaw is a contributor with ABC News and host of the “Strict Scrutiny” podcast.
