Marc Elias

Elias is the founder of Elias Law Group and Democracy Docket, a digital publication and resource center focused on voting rights, elections, redistricting and democracy. In 2020, he represented the Biden campaign and the Democratic National Committee in dozens of post-election lawsuits and several statewide recounts and contests. Elias also acted as general counsel to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign in 2016 and John Kerry’s presidential campaign in 2004.
