Webber serves as the chief science and technology officer at ENGIE, an organization that manages energy businesses, professor at the University of Texas at Austin and deputy director of the university’s Energy Institute. He was selected as a member of the fourth class of the Presidential Leadership Scholars. Webber is the author of “Power Trip: The Story of Energy,” published in 2019.
