About the Festival

Lunch

A variety of food options will be available for purchase on both Saturday and Sunday. We’ve gathered Austin’s best food trucks for an informal lunch, or you can opt for an indoor experience at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center. Find more information about these restaurants or make a reservation here: meetattexas.com/dining.php

A sampling of Austin’s premier food truck vendors will serve lunch under the oak trees of the University’s South Mall each day from 12:30 to 2 p.m.

Coolhaus

Coolhaus serves architecturally inspired gourmet ice cream sandwiches. The ice cream is made from hormone- and antibiotic-free milk, and the cookies are made locally with local ingredients. With ice cream flavors like Brown Butter with Candied Bacon and Mascarpone Balsamic Fig sandwiched between two decadent cookies in an edible wrapper (recycling at its best!), Coolhaus is doing its part to Keep Austin Weird for some time to come.@CoolhausATX

Peached Tortilla

Flavors know no boundaries at the Peached Tortilla. Heavily influenced by the Japanese, Chinese and Malaysian cuisine of his youth, founder Eric Silverstein combines his love for soul food and his an insatiable love for street food to create innovative, great-tasting fare for the masses. @peachedtortilla

Short Bus Subs

Short Bus Subs aims to bring great-tasting hot sandwiches to the masses in the most fun way possible: a school bus. Serving gourmet sandwiches on fresh bread baked from scratch, tasty sides from local venders, freshly baked cookies from Annie’s — all powered by BioDiesel fuel — Short Bus is reinventing the sack lunch to help you remember how fun lunchtime used to be.@shortbussubs

Coreanos

Growing up in Los Angeles, the founders of Coreanos were heavily influenced by both Korean and Mexican cultures. Serving savory Korean barbecue with the familiar flavors of Mexican cuisine, Coreanos has a motto that says it all: "Mexican cuisine with Korean in between: the blending of two cultures in perfect harmony.” @CoreanosTX

One Taco

One Taco is a modern taco truck that offers authentic Mexican flavors with the use of fresh ingredients. @onetaco

P. Terry's

P. Terry’s was started as a reaction to the book Fast Food Nation and the direction the food-service industry. Serving only hormone- and antibiotic-free all-natural Black Angus beef with locally grown vegetables on Mrs. Baird's buns, P. Terry’s is the anti fast food.
