Hotel
The Texas Tribune has reserved guest rooms for registered attendees at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center Hotel.
At the AT&T Conference Center at the University of Texas, the official hotel for The Texas Tribune Festival, attendees will receive a preferred rate. Booking early helps ensure a room at the guaranteed group rates. The festival’s events will take place at or near the AT&T Conference Center.
Rooms are available for the nights of Wednesday, Sept. 19, through Sunday, Sept. 23, for $189/night. A limited number of rooms are available at these rates. We encourage you to book your hotel when you register because hotels are likely to sell out.
To receive the discount rate, rooms must be reserved through The Texas Tribune Housing Desk. After you register online and your registration is paid for (or a Purchase Order number has been associated with the registration), your Texas Tribune Festival Shopping Cart will display a link to the Hotel Requester. You should complete the online hotel request as soon as possible.
You’ll be required to provide a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation, but the hotel will not charge anything to your card at this time. You will be responsible for providing a method of payment to the hotel when you check in. All changes and cancellations should be made directly with the housing desk, not the hotel.
There is no deadline for hotel reservations; the Housing Desk will continue booking rooms throughout the festival. Rates may increase prior to the festival based on availability.
