Chief of Policy & Innovation at Right on Crime at the Texas Public Policy Foundation

Levin founded the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s criminal justice program in 2005. In 2010, he developed the foundation’s Right on Crime initiative, a project in partnership with Prison Fellowship and the American Conservative Union Foundation that promotes conservative criminal justice reforms. Levin has published dozens of articles on law and public policy, which have appeared in publications including The Wall Street Journal and the National Law Journal.

Executive Director of U.S. Programs at Human Rights Watch

Austin-Hillery is the executive director of U.S. programs at Human Rights Watch, an organization that investigates and reports on human rights issues across the world. In 2008, she opened the Washington, D.C., office of The Brennan Center. She served as the office’s first director and counsel and was the center’s chief representative before Congress and the executive branch. Austin-Hillery also worked as an attorney at Mehri & Skalet PLLC.

Democratic Candidate for District Attorney in Westchester County, New York, and Former Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York

Rocah is the Democratic nominee for Westchester County district attorney. She is a distinguished criminal justice fellow at Pace University Law School and previously served as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York from 2001 to 2017, where she was chief of the Westchester Division for the Department of Justice. Rocah also served as a commentator and legal analyst on MSNBC and NBC.
