Chrysta Castañeda

Castañeda is running for election as a Democrat to the Texas Railroad Commission in November. She is an engineer, oil and gas litigation attorney and founding partner of The Castañeda Firm, an energy litigation firm in Dallas. Castañeda is also the author of “The Last Trial of T. Boone Pickens,” published in 2016. She ran for office in the 2012 Democratic primary for Texas' 33rd Congressional District.
