Donna Howard

Howard, D-Austin, has represented House District 48 since 2007. She serves as vice chair of the House Administration Committee and sits on the Appropriations and Higher Education committees. Howard is a former president of the Texas Nurses Association and previously worked as a critical care nurse and as a health education instructor.
