Joaquin Castro

U.S. Representative

Castro, D-San Antonio, has represented Texas’ 20th Congressional District since 2013. He serves on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and the Education and Labor Committee. He also serves as chair of the Texas Democratic Caucus. Previously, Castro served for 10 years in the Texas Legislature.
