The Fine Print: #TribFest19 Photo and Video Policies
- Filming Notice for Attendees
By entering venues for Texas Tribune events, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be recorded without compensation, in photos, videos and audio recordings, for use at any time in the future in promotional media for The Texas Tribune or a Texas Tribune Festival media partner. You also release The Texas Tribune from any liability whatsoever of any nature.
- Recording During the Event
We encourage attendees and media to document and record the speakers and special events at The Texas Tribune Festival. Please respect those around you by keeping the aisles clear, not obstructing views and not creating an audible distraction. No flash photography allowed during sessions. Use hashtag #TribFest19 to add your photos or video to our social stream.
- Using Media From the Texas Tribune Festival
We invite you to publish Texas Tribune Festival-generated content for the purpose of reporting or promoting The Texas Tribune Festival, the speakers, or special events. Please reference the event as “The Texas Tribune Festival.” More about our republishing guidelines.
- Festival Multimedia Guidelines
- You must source all media with “The Texas Tribune”.
- In the case of a photograph, please use the photographer's name in addition to “The Texas Tribune.” Ex. Todd Wiseman for The Texas Tribune.
- Please not to sell or redistribute media from the Festival to a third party.
