Annise Parker

Parker serves as president and CEO of the Victory Fund and Victory Institute, national organizations dedicated to electing LGBTQ candidates to office. Previously, she served as mayor of Houston from 2010 to 2016 and was the first openly LGBTQ mayor of a major American city. Parker also served on the Houston City Council and was later elected city controller.
