Erica Grieder

Grieder has served as a metro columnist for the Houston Chronicle since 2017. Previously, she served as the southwest correspondent for The Economist and senior editor at Texas Monthly. Grieder is the author of “Big, Hot, Cheap, and Right: What America Can Learn from the Strange Genius of Texas," published in 2013. She is currently a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas' Emerging Leaders Council.
