Harry Litman

Litman is a former U.S attorney and deputy assistant U.S. attorney general at the Department of Justice. He is the creator and host of “Talking Feds,” a podcast that features former federal officials discussing the most pressing legal issues of the day. Litman is also a professor of constitutional law at the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of California, San Diego. He is a practicing lawyer at Constantine Cannon specializing in the False Claims Act.
