Maria Hinojosa

Hinojosa is the founder and CEO of Futuro Media, a nonprofit newsroom that creates multimedia content from the perspectives of people of color. She currently serves as the anchor and executive producer of the Peabody Award-winning show "Latino USA," and is co-host of Futuro Media’s award-winning political podcast “In The Thick.” Hinojosa is the author of “Once I Was You: A Memoir of Love and Hate in a Torn America,” published in 2020.
