Maria Ressa
@mariaressaRessa is an award-winning journalist, author and CEO of the online news website Rappler, which she co-founded in 2012. She is the subject of Ramona S. Diaz’s documentary “A Thousand Cuts,” which premiered at Sundance Film Festival in January. Previously, Ressa served as the Manila bureau chief and Jakarta bureau chief for CNN for 17 years.
