Sam Chandan

Chandan is the Larry and Klara Silverstein chair in Real Estate Development and Investment and dean of NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is also founder of Chandan Economics, an economic advisory and data science firm serving the institutional real estate industry. Chandan contributes to Forbes and hosts the “Urban Lab” podcast and the “Real Estate Hour” on SiriusXM Business Radio, which airs in special editions.
