Tony Montero

Montero has been the CEO of Hai Hospitality, the award-winning restaurant group of Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba and Loro, since 2016. Previously, he worked as the regional vice president of operations for The Cheesecake Factory and was the senior vice president for CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries for three years.
