Terry Scoggin

Scoggin is the CEO of Titus Regional Medical Center, an independent rural health system in Northeast Texas, where he served as chief financial officer in 2012. He is a member of the Titus County Chamber of Commerce and serves on the American Hospital Association, Future of Rural Health Care Task Force and the Texas Organization of Rural & Community Hospital boards.
