Thalia Muñoz

Muñoz serves as CEO and administrator of the Starr County Memorial Hospital, which is licensed as a 48 bed acute-care medical center in Rio Grande City. She oversees two Rural Health Clinics, the Roma Family Clinic and the Rural Health Clinic, at the hospital.
